Files you upload — settlement reports, inventory reports, and buy sheets — contain sensitive business data. We treat this with the highest level of care:
We use the information we collect to: provide, maintain, and improve the Service; process your subscription and payments; send service-related communications (receipts, important updates); respond to your support requests; and monitor for security threats and prevent abuse. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.
We share data only with: Stripe (payment processing — only what's necessary for billing); Supabase (secure cloud infrastructure — operates under strict data processing agreements); and legal requirements when required by law. We will never sell your personal data or business data to any third party.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. You can request deletion at any time from Account Settings → Danger zone.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption of data in transit and at rest, hashed password storage via Supabase Auth, regular security reviews, and access controls limiting who can access user data internally. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take all reasonable precautions.
We use minimal cookies — only those necessary to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Settldflow is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect.
